YUMEAT comes from the combination of two words that represents the brand, Yummy and Meat.

First founded in Thailand by a French Master Butcher, Yumeat started off under the brand name Les Deux Bouchers. Present for more than 25 years, Yumeat had been providing authentic French charcuterie and processed meats, maintaining traditional methods whilst ensuring innovation and quality goods.

As the 1st Organic certified ham & sausage producer in Thailand, Yumeat is also extending its sustainable product range, such as introducing plant-based products.


With care throughout every step of production and more than 25 years of experience, the brand has gained trustworthiness and credibility within the industry from clientele, including 5 star hotels and high-end restaurants such as Club med, Starbucks and more.

Sausage: All of our sausages are made from the finest natural meats, quality spices, and various authentic ingredients.

Ham & Bacon: We offer cooked, dried, and smoked meats, prepared following traditional methods. We use natural wood to impart our smoked meats with wonderful aromatic flavor. Our slow-cooked Parisian style hams (Jambon de Paris) are made with low-fat whole-muscle pork.

Pâtés & Rillettes: We offer a complete range of country style appetizers

Duck: We offer a range of delicious French style duck products, including duck confit, duck gizzard, and duck fat.


Our factory received the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) certification, which are internationally recognized standards, used for the control in the manufacturing of YUMEAT’s products.

Alongside the company’s highly qualified, experienced production and quality control team, the company gives importance in the selection of ingredients throughout the production process.


Yumeat has always valued and been passionate about sustainability, animal welfare and ethical practices, only sourcing ingredients from GAP Certified (Good Animal Practice) and DLD Certified Organic farms.

With determination, Yumeat became the first Organic Certified Ham and Sausage producer in Thailand. The company has meticulously selected premium quality ingredients and worked directly with local, sustainable and ethical farms.

All pork products are made from organic pedigree pigs, therefore are hormone free, antibiotics free, artificial preservatives free, artificial coloring and fragrances free. Raised in Northern Thailand, all pigs are provided with a clean, healthy and happy environment, resulting in higher quality and tastier end products.


Sustainability is another key force in Yumeat’s business development, with a cycle that covers from the sourcing of ingredients to the production and packaging process.

The company believes in growing alongside the world and its population, cutting back on the use of wasteful material that affect climate and society change.

The sourced farms are smaller eco-friendly, odor-free pig farms that process all pigs’ wastes back into nature, cycling and recycling in all ways possible.

To further complete de sustainability cycle, Yumeat has developed innovative products, focusing on meat substitution such as plant-based products. These products still maintain the company’s high quality standard and the expected delicious flavors.
