This year again took place the Eurofood Mediterranean Fair 2011. It was the occasion to welcome our customers and present all our range of products that have made the reputation of Eurofood over the past 20 years. All our categories of products were presented in a large showroom including new products, tastings and presentations.
This year, we also took the occasion of this fair to launch the second edition of Thailand’s Best Risotto competition 2011. This contest opposed this time 13 chefs selected from the top restaurant/hotels around the country. This year, Khun Khwanchai from Spasso Restaurant won the contest and a trip to Italy with a training in one of the Best Italian cooking school. The runners up were this time followed by Gianni Restaurant & Hyde & Seek Restaurant. |
